The Roll Coder is a fast, reliable and efficient mechanical contact coding device. It provides a high quality print at very low cost that is ideal for outer case coding and corporate marking. The Rollcoder ca be purchased in three sizes to suit every application 25/140, 55/140 and 100/140.

The Roll Coder prints on virtually every flat or gentle curved surface, in all positions. There are a variety of print colours. The Roll Coder has two main components, a text roll and the inking system. Rubber texts and/or logos are simply attached to the text roll (no tools necessary).

A print is made when the Roll Coder is rotated, whilst in contact with the item being printed.

The Roll Coder is flexible thanks to impregnated ink rolls and a refillable ink system with an ink pump. An adjustable starting point aids precise printing. Suitable for use in dusty areas thanks to the closed inking system. The Roll Coder is particularly suitable for use in industrial environments.

A complete range of rubber character sheets and custom graphics / logos / Fonts are available together with inks specifically designed for use with the Roll Coder.
