Whether you make 10,000 or 100,000 prints a day, the Kortho Hot Quickcoder offers a perfect solution for a variety of coding applications. The Kortho Hot Quickcoder can be used on almost any material and surface. Up to three lines of text in a maximum printing area of 12 x 24mm.
The unique printhead and printing action provides a perfect print on moving products. Simply plug in a new hot inkroll and prepare the Kortho Hot Quickcoder for thousands of new prints - or change the printing colour in a few seconds. The Quick coder supports coding on continuous moving products or packaging film by our unique jumping head with “butterfly touch”. With high speed printing up to 300 per minute at a maximum speed of 60 meters per minute
Prints are instant drying, sharp and clear on almost any material by proven solid ink technology. The system is clean and maintenance free with no special training required. Text is changed in seconds with prepared interchangeable textholder. This removes waiting for a new inkroll to heat up for exchange, as a secondary ink roll is always on standby in the pre-heater incorporated in the Quickcoder
Small dimensions, no mounting restrictions and heavy duty, industrial design. Hot inkrolls available in six-pack in black, white, yellow, red, blue, green and brown.
