Our Hot Ink Rollers have been specifically developed to produce high quality prints when used on all popular Hot Ink printing machines. We supply a wide range of grades, colours and sizes to suit the vast majority of applications.
Use our easy selection filter to identify the Hot roll product best suited to your needs. You can narrow your search selecting any combination of ‘Printer, Outside roll diameter, roll width (or length), colour and grade.
We supply various grades to produce a quality print whilst optimising the life of the printer and gaining the maximum number of prints from the roll.

Standard |
100º - 145ºC |
The standard, low temperature formulation offers medium scratch resistance on most packaging films. Contact with secondary heat sources should be avoided due to the low working temperature. Ideal for thin films where higher temperatures may cause the die to burn through the substrate. |

Premium |
130º - 150ºC |
Mid temperature grade producing clean, densely coloured, well defined prints with very good scratch and smudge resistance. Performs on most packaging films such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Nylon and Polyester together with a wide range of surface treated papers and boards. |

Super |
150º - 175ºC |
Superior adhesion and smear resistance operating at the higher end of printing temperatures. Versatile formulation suitable for Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and many other coated and uncoated films and papers. |

Hi Temp |
150º - 190ºC |
Best abrasion and smear resistance operating at the highest of temperatures. Ideally suited for Polypropylene and Mylar laminates, RR series inks should be considered when the print quickly passes over vertical packaging machinery forming shoulders. |
