The Hotprinter is a reliable system, that enables you to print variable data directly on packaging film during the production process. The high quality print adheres immediately and is always extremely sharp, scratch resistant and colourfast. Kortho Hotprinters are characterised by their quality, their economical use of foil, their low maintenance costs and flexibility. Hotprinter can be used on various types of material, paper, cardboard, rubber, leather and many others.
Applications include use on intermittent lines where they can be integrated with a range of packaging machinery. For example form filled systems, vacuum forming machines (for printing in single or multiple sections) and blister packing machinery used in the pharmaceutical industry.
The Hotprinter can also function as a tabletop system. Stamping dies or extensive combined text holders can be produced according to the customer’s specific requirement. We supply a wide range of foils, providing a superior print quality suitable for use on difficult substrates and demanding environments together with type.
