The GraphicJet 18NP offers a printer with sharp printing quality, clean production environment and an uninterrupted production process.

The GraphicJet 18NP prints on a wide range of nonporous surfaces including plastic, cellophane, aluminium foil, polyethylene, cling film, laminated plastic, laminated paper, glass, coated cardboard and treated wood. A patented sealing system protects the head from clogging when not in use and eliminates the frequent cleaning, maintenance and production downtime associated with Inkjet systems.

The sophisticated print head delivers ink through an array of 128 channels providing high fidelity printing at 180dpi, ideal for prints containing small text and accurate barcodes. The GraphicJet 18NP system produces a total print height of 18mm with character heights as low as 1.5mm and combinations of text, automatic codes, barcodes and graphics, all in one image.

Refilling the ink is simple and clean using 100ml refill bottles and can be carried out whilst still printing. No extra cleaner or rinsing system is necessary. Flexible PC based label generation software makes it possible to design formats to be downloaded by the handheld remote control unit with up to 250 formats can be stored within the printer.
