Our Cleaning Swabs are specially designed to safely clean peizo technology printheads. The swab consists of a short rigid Polypropylene Handle and a flexible paddle that is ideal for cleaning in small areas. The polyurethane foam head has excellent absorbency and a 100 ppi open-cell structure for low particle generation.
It is important to maintain high technology printheads with equally high technology cleaning swabs.
Our disposable gloves are manufactured in nitrile, giving excellent hand protection from Inks and other chemicals. Each glove is made and tested to the EN374 standard specifying resistance to the penetration of chemicals.
The gloves are non powdered, 240mm (minimum) in length and have roughened fingertips to allow for excellent grip in the slipperiest of circumstances.
